This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and modifications to our interior design services. We strive to provide exceptional service and satisfaction, but we understand that circumstances may arise that require changes to our agreed arrangements.

2. Service Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of service and stage of completion:

To cancel a service, please contact us in writing via email at info@quozthonei.world or through our contact form. The cancellation will be effective from the date we receive your notification.

3. Refunds for Products

While our primary business is interior design services, we occasionally source and supply products as part of our design implementation. For physical products:

3.1 Custom-Ordered Items

Items that are custom-made, customized, or specially ordered for you generally cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3.2 Non-Custom Items

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply

3.3 Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receipt
  • Provide photographs of the damage/defect
  • We will arrange replacement or refund at our expense

4. Project Modifications

We understand that needs and preferences may evolve during the design process. Our approach to project modifications is as follows:

4.1 Minor Revisions

Each design package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Minor adjustments within the scope of the original project are included in these revision rounds at no additional charge.

4.2 Substantial Changes

Changes that substantially alter the project scope, such as:

  • Adding rooms or areas not in the original agreement
  • Completely changing the design direction after concept approval
  • Significantly expanding the deliverables

These will be treated as additional services and quoted separately.

4.3 Change Request Process

To request modifications to an ongoing project:

  • Submit your change request in writing
  • We will evaluate the request and provide details on any impacts to timeline or cost
  • You must approve any additional costs before work proceeds

5. Payment Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or have concerns about our services:

  • Contact us in writing within 10 days of the charge or service delivery
  • Clearly explain the nature of your concern
  • Provide any relevant documentation
  • We will investigate and respond within 5 business days

We strive to resolve all disputes fairly and in accordance with our agreement terms.

6. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other extraordinary circumstances.

In such cases, we will work with you to determine the best path forward, which may include project postponement or modification rather than cancellation.
